This Privacy Policy explains how Pipelo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application. This is a general template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, and profile details you provide.
• Usage data — agent missions, saved results, and content you generate.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.

How we use your data

To provide and improve the service, run your agent missions, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase) and protected by row-level security so each account can only access its own data. Agent missions search publicly available information on the live web; Pipelo does not log into or automate your LinkedIn account.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your associated records.
